* A Deposit of £ 10 is required on making a booking please.

* A contract is deemed to be concluded once your booking has been confirmed by us, therefore if you do need to cancel or change your booking times, please give a minimum of 48 hour notice , otherwise you will remain liable for the full booking charge.

* Full payment, by cash or cheque only is required on the booking- in day. ( sorry but we don’t have the facilities for debit /visa cards)

* All pets need to be up to date with their vaccinations ( if applicable) Rabbits must have their Myxomatosis and VHD vaccination certificates available. If your pet/s has not had the necessary vaccinations you are boarding your pet/s at its own risk and fur-feathers cannot be held responsible for an illness that may occur.

* We ask that all pets ( if applicable ) are treated preventively for fly strike. This is a truly horrible infection from flies that can infect your pet from April to October. We stock supplies here that you can purchase from us on arrival,, or you can purchase yourself from any veterinary practice or good pet shops. Prevention really is better than cure in this case!

* If on arrival your pet is showing signs of illness disease injury or pregnancy, unless previously discussed with ourselves, fur-feathers reserves the right not to accept your pet/s You remain liable for the booking charge..

* If your pet/s is unfortunate enough to become ill whilst in our care ,we will inform you or your emergency contact immediately. If your pet requires the attention of a vet we will transport the pet/s to the vet. Unless agreed otherwise with yourselves first, we will use our local vet, Priory Lodge in Tonbridge ( tel 01732 353668 )Any treatment required will be charged directly to you the owner and your pet will be treated under your name and address . We require to charge £10 per vet trip.

* Sadly small pets can sometimes pass away with very little or no warning after exhibiting minimal or no signs of illness first. If this does happen we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes. fur-feathers offers a first rate care service to all its pet guests, and so cannot accept liability in the unlikely event of this happening.

* If your pet/s is not collected on the due day and we are unable to contact you , or you do not contact fur-feathers, after 10 days we reserve the right to seek to have your pet re-homed without further recourse to yourselves.

* All pets are left at their owners own risk.
